Luda Beanland (Rudimova) ACMA, CGMA, DchA
Managing Director and Founder
Luda graduated in 1999 from Moscow Academy of Labour and Social Relations with a degree in Accountancy with Honours. She finished her CIMA qualification in 2008 and did further training which led to her obtaining a Masters Degree at the Cass Business School in 2011 during which, one of her course projects was published on the Charity Finance Group website. Currently, she is completing another qualification as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Having worked in both the Commercial and Charity Sectors, she specialises in Taxation, Management Accounting and Cash Flow Management. She is a busy mother of two. In her free time, she likes sport and travelling.
Andrew Sun ACCA, MA, BA
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2014, with many years of experience in various practices and industries prior to this. In his free time he likes travelling and regularly visits the gym.
Accountancy Practice Manager & Management Accountant
Sevara graduated from the Academic Lyceum at Uzbekistan State Mining Institute and acquired a qualification as a junior interpreter in English and German. She is fluent in Russian, Uzbek, English and German. In 2013 she was admitted to London School of Business and Finance to study an ACCA qualification. She is an ACCA student and working towards her ACCA and CTA qualifications. In her free time she enjoys painting and reading.
Financial Accounts Manager
Tatiana graduated from the University of Newcastle with a BSc in International Business Management. Tatiana started studying an ACCA qualification in 2019. She also started studying an STT qualification, in 2021. In her spare time she keeps active and competes in gymnastics.
Assistant Business Support Manager
Anatoliy is an Assistant Business Support Manager at Schoolgate Accounting Services. At the moment he is completing GCSE’s and A-Levels at Lancing College.
Anatoliy speaks Russian and English. He loves swimming, rock climbing, going to the gym and traveling.
Assem graduated from Eurasian National University with a degree in Economics. She also successfully completed training courses in Social Media Marketing at SMMART. She is fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh. Asem is engaged in the development of marketing events, working with clients, as well as the management of the company social media accounts.
Office Administrator Assistant
Maxat studied at School of Entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan and currently he is studying Business at Merton College. He assists with numerous office administration tasks in the company. Maxat likes IT, music and swimming.
Office & Finance Administrator
Inesa has recently joined our team as Office & Finance Administrator. She has already proven to be a valuable member by leading new clients through the process of signing up to our services. Inesa has graduated from LCC International University (former Lithuanian Christian Fund College) in Klaipeda, Lithuania. She has bachelor’ degree in Business Administration. Previously she worked in property accounts. She speaks English, Russian and Lithuanian.
Personal Tax Manager
Maria is a Personal Tax Manager with over 10 years of experience working with expatriates. She is a native Russian speaker and can help with the complex UK/Russian cross-border personal tax advice, social security, international payroll queries and tax preparation services.
Throughout her career Maria supported various clients from HNW individuals and mid-tier companies to large international businesses. She is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) as well as Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
In her free time Maria is involved in a number of educational charity projects with schools, foster care children and children hospitals.
Business Development Executive
Tamara graduated from UCL with an MSc in Management and Finance. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Brand Management from London School of Business and Finance.
She has worked in a diverse array of business development and marketing roles across companies in the UK and Russia, including a London-based financial consulting firm and two innovative start-ups. Tamara is responsible for the development and promotion of the Company’s endorsing body service package. In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga and travelling.
Ekaterina Borodenko possesses Bachelor’s degrees in both English and Finance, in addition to a Master’s degree in Finance which she received in 2018. Currently Ekaterina is moving towards her ACCA qualification. She has over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with a number of large international companies in Kazakhstan. In her free time Ekaterina enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Business Development manager
Anastasia graduated from Queen Mary University with a Bsc in Economics, Finance and Management. Afterwards, she did a Masters degree in Marketing Strategy at Cass Business School. Anastasia speaks English and Russian fluently. In her free time, she enjoys running and cooking.

Guide Dogs for the Blind
In Association with Russian School “Family Tree,” we are happy to sponsor the charity “Guide Dogs for the Blind. ”We have our own sponsored dog puppy called Felix. This puppy will hopefully be a guide dog for one of many blind people In the city. Felix is taking his first steps towards becoming a fully trained guide dog. GOOD LUCK FELIX. Christian Solidarity Worldwide is a human rights charity that works for religious freedom through advocacy and human rights, in the pursuit of justice.The charity works in over 20 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, defending everyone’s right to freedom of religion or belief.
St Matthew’s Church
We are also proud to support our local church St. Matthew’s Church, Wimbledon. St Matthew’s is a member of the Wimbledon Team Ministry, a group of Anglican churches in the Diocese of Southwark. The other churches in the team are St Mary’s, St Mark’s and St John’s.
